Cotton and Denim qualities are sourced from local market (Isko, Bossa, GAP, Orkar, Realteks) and some from Europe like Tavex, Montebello,Royo.
Separation
Each fabric batch is cut separately. Goods are Ply-marked. Before ply-marking each panel is checked for fabric defects paired before sending to sewing.
Washing & Drying
Washing are made in our washing factory. In the company we have research and development department,which makes washing designs there. We wash 15.000-20.000 pieces per/day for regular washings and 10.000 pieces per/day for fashion washings.
Inspections
Fabrics are checked 100 % . We check the colour and the shrinkage of the fabric. As we make this control we are able to see and dived the quality of the fabric. The matching colours are numbered and used as in pairs so as to match the colour and quality of the fabric. On the production side we have controllers that control the stitching, washing and packaging line. We also test the spirality of fabric. If fabric is not marked, we put it into quality control machine and mark the defects for cut it easily.
